Pioneer Day

We wrapped up our Pioneer Unit by rotating through 14 pioneer related activities; including: whittling soap, using vegetables to paint, quilting, storytelling, button/bookmark making, creating a hornbook, pioneer games-checkers, marbles, etc., building a trail, making cornbread and butter, playing an Indian Stick game, weaving, watching a real blacksmith at work and singing pioneer songs with Bear. Thank you for supporting this fun day by donating materials and/or time volunteering to help with an activity.
