Thanks to volunteers and those who donated items to make Earth Day a fun, educational experience. Students planted seeds, made terrariums, used coffee filters to make butterflies, went on a nature walk, sorted and measured plastics, papers and aluminum, used recyclable items and made an obstacle course, heard stories about the environment and wrote letters to Sunbury Mayor, Hatfield listing reasons the Village of Sunbury should offer curbside recycling.
